CALL FOR EXHIBITION

The Society of Petroleum Engineers invites you to participate in the forth coming Exhibitions holding during the NAICE 2012 holding at the convention center of Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos from 6 - 8 August 2012.

This year's exhibitions have been categorized as follows:

Provides a unique opportunity to meet your target audience

Make sales contacts

Network with key decision makers

and keep abreast of what others are doing to meet the challenges in the industry

Stakeholders will share views and technical know-how on technology, major successes and challenges in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

Booth allocation will be first come, first serve. There will be a 10% discount on payment received on or before 15th May 2012. Full payment for booths is expected latest 30th June 2012. All reservations not backed up by payment or firm commitment by 30th June 2012 will be made available for sale.

Additionally, as you make reservation please note that a one page profile of your organisation and a multimedia advertorial will be required for all exhibitors. The multimedia advertorial will be complimentary for this year’s exhibition. Please ensure that these items are received not later than 31st May 2012.

Payment Options:

• Payments for exhibition booth space should be made either in Naira or in US dollars. Once reservation is confirmed, our office will issue you an invoice which will contain our bank details

Booth Construction

Our host, Eko Hotel & Suites based on their policy has an arrangement with a booth construction company, AFRICAN EXHIBITION SERVICES, whom they have approved for use for all booths erected in their facility. We have taken this advantage and negotiated a construction fee of N50,000 for the construction of either 3x3 or 4x3 booth type. Kindly note this is applicable to SHELL SCHEME booth type ONLY and please note this is OPTIONAL. This is not applicable to Exhibitors with customized booths. Side flat screen displays will be made available for exhibiting companies to show case their outfit’s profile and advertise their products as well. For this year, SPE Nigeria Council will be providing this service as complimentary.
